Camp Gordon Johnston Museum is here to help you explore the history and lessons of WWII. Utilizing an object-based learning experience, educational technology, and its world-class exhibits, the Museum uses its rich collection of artifacts, archives, and oral histories to take history beyond the pages of textbooks and into the hands of curious students.
We welcome field trips from schools, clubs and other organizations. To request more information please contact us. We are also happy to visit you! We do presentations to Rotary Clubs, Senior groups, Veterans’ groups, Retirement facilities, and schools/universities. This does not carry a cost, but of course we are happy to accept donations to cover travel expenses.
The Camp Gordon Johnston Museum is developing a working relationship with the cadets of the Navy Junior ROTC Program at the Franklin County School.
